We are excited to announce that our 4th grade students will be going on a field trip to Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament in Dallas, Texas, on May 14! Students will witness a live tournament with jousting, horsemanship, and falconry while enjoying a four-course medieval feast. The total cost for this field trip is $55 per person (students and chaperones).

- Important Note: To reserve our section in the arena, we must have a final headcount early. Please complete the online consent form by Wednesday, February 25.
- Chaperone: To reserve your spot, please complete the consent form. IMPORTANT: When the form asks, "Are you interested in going as a chaperone?" you must select "YES" to let us know you are interested.
- Lunch: Students will NOT need to bring a lunch from home. A full meal will be provided as part of the tournament experience.

Chaperones
Chaperones
To be a chaperone, you must complete your background check on the GPISD website, join Zavala PTA, and attend a chaperone meeting.
Chaperones are not allowed on the bus and must go in their own vehicle.

El costo total de esta excursión es de $55 por persona (estudiantes y acompañantes).

Nota importante: Para reservar nuestra sección en la arena, debemos realizar un recuento final de participantes con anticipación. Favor de completar el formulario de consentimiento en línea antes del miércoles 25 de febrero.

You can pay online here or send the money to your child’s teacher. If you turn in money to the office, please put it in an envelope clearly marked with your child’s name, grade, and teacher’s name. Thank you!
